I used their live chat feature to make my order and then once completed and email confirmation received - I called the company to again verify that everything was done correctly on my end and the order is on schedule. "All set" they assured me! So, I continued with my event planning feeling confident that those glasses with our Logo on them would really MAKE THE EVENT a success. But no. Less than 48 hours before my event I get a call from the company. A casual call letting me know that they had accidentally overcharged me and "oh, BTW I dont think we will be able to get your glasses there before Thursday" yah... Thursday was the day of our EVENT!!!!!!??? (Pause for total mental breakdown) This is when for some crazy reason I remembered how I always loved the glasses at the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival. Made me think... Hmm, I wonder what vendor THEY use for their festival glasses? I bet they are local. So I called the Mtn Vw chamber of Commerce! VOILA! Within 5 minutes they referred me to Morgan Advertising! "Call Wayne! He will take care of you , I promise" Well... With a promise like that??... I went for it! Wayne was VERY professional and knowledgable about his product quality and vendor turn around. He assured me that he would be able to deliver on time without a hitch. I had to make a compromise on the style of glasses I had wanted originally, but in the end we got BETTER quality glasses for $150 less than the online company that failed! I couldn't believe it! I am so impressed. seriously - IMPRESSED Wayne not only worked on my logo immediately, but sent me a proof to review before production. The online company couldnt even do that with 2 weeks lead time! The shirts look great and all of the empolyees are wearing them (event the ones that don't have too!).
