I had been going to the same barber in the city for years, so my expectations were high. After my first visit with Carmen, I can honestly say he exceeded them. Carmen is personable, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. He takes his time, asks questions, and makes sure he understands exactly what you're looking for before he starts. His shop is spotless and has a welcoming atmosphere. I got a mid fade and beard cleanup, and both came out perfect. The fade is clean, blended exactly how I wanted it, and the beard trim was sharp without being overdone. You can tell Carmen takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients leaving happy. If you're looking for a barber in the area, stop searching and book with Carmen. I'll definitely be back.

I have been so happy with my haircuts from Diane and also the other stylists that I've seen when I needed a cut on very short notice and Diane was unavailable. There was one beautician in there when I came in and she basically said to me there are three barbers but they will be here shortly....so I was thinking to myself that there are 3 barbers and none of them are here on time...okay...interesting. A little while later going on 20mins I am still thinking still no one here yet. A customer ( possibly a regular) and the beautician was having a conversation and I heard her say that one of the barbers were there but left.....so now I am thinking wow is this how business is run now....people do not care about paying customers. She did not even attempt to contact someone and let them know that the shop is getting full...nope all she kept doing is repeating herself that they will be here shortly....right. I guess they figured we all just wait and be quiet until the barbers finally make a grand entrance and bless us with their presence....thanks but no thanks. I was not the only one that have left that day. Just shameful. I guess I continue my search somewhere else.
