This store in the paviliions is a particularly good example, and is really well presented. Set in the Pavillions its spread over 2 floors and has plenty of room to browse freely. The shoe department particularly is very strong, and the Shoe sale is not to be missed as the bargains to be had are extraordinary9 prices from a fiver). The environment is minimalist and mainly set against a white drop, very up to date, and good standards of merchandising. Its also very tidy and clean. Ok, the sizes start at a 14 and I guess there are alot of you that are much smaller than that - but its still worth a look at the accessories, jewellery, shoes and hosiery as they are really well made (I have to say in genereal much better finish quality and design than from sister Arcadia brand Dorothy Perkins). Again the jewellery sale is amazing - prices go down to a £1. As with any store sale time can be a bit of a jumble sale and a bit of a squeeze for space - but for the prices well worth the discomfort!! The staff deserve a special mention as they are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Bonus is that they all get trained on how to dress different body shapes ( a La Trinny and Suzanna) so they generally give good sound advice. Plus they do free bra fitting!! Its much better than any of the other 'plus size' brands out there for quality, service, credibility, and price so give it a try I am sure you will be pleasantly suprised no matter what your size and shape. p.s Only one gripe - they do as with many of the women's fashion brands, particularly the Arcadia group it seems? really push the promotion of their store card at the till which I am not so keen on. Now I sometimes park under the Bull Ring and do not venture into the Pavillions as much as I formerly did. This is a store which is aimed at plus size ladies and starts at size 14/16. The store spreads across two floors with shoes, underwear and some clothes on the ground floor and the rest of the clothing upstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I have bought lots of things from here and one lady pretty much did my shopping for me one year when I didnt know what to buy for my aunt for Christmas! I do find though that the prices can be a little high but the quality is great and the staff really do go above and beyond to help you if you ask for assistance. As the other reviewer stated they do costume jewellery as well and I have also seen this reduced to £1 in sales and they have some lovely items. The shoes are wide fitting and I find that when I have tried some shoes on I have been a size smaller than I normally buy and I noticed they go up to a shoe size 10 which I have not seen many other stores do.

The first week of the sale is really not the best deal, try to go after the second or third week of the sale, you will find things that will be discounted a lot from the retail price. Also, try their online shop as well if you already know your Zara size. they have an awesome deals all year round. Zara's style is very European chic and there are different styles that are perfect for both work, play and party. The clothing is typically well-fitted, structured and stylish. Price wise it is moderate, but definitely match up to the quality of the clothing. I have several pieces from Zara that have lasted me a few years! As long as you follow the care label, the clothes here should definitely last you a good while.

It's the usual white interior as expected in Zara. There are fitting rooms on each floor but they aren't always open. At least they are all in good condition given the recent over haul of this shop. Zara has the European feel when it comes to its designs. This also affects their sizing. Some items are sold as small/medium/large not by numerical size, and each collection varies slightly. So I would recommend trying things on before buying. This store sells shoes, accessories etc but not in a dedicated section. Everything is displayed in sections based on collections. So when I go in looking for a specific item, I find it quicker to ask someone than to trawl every shelf in all the nooks by the clothing stands. Generally I have happy experiences in Zara, but service on the till points can be very slow. Worth noting if you're in a rush. This store has good air conditioning. So no stuffy, humid changing areas that make me want to leave asap. Thank goodness.

You can pick up a decentish pair of school shoes for around the ten pound mark, ok so they are not going to last for any vast amounts of time but with how quick kids feet grow its ideal. They dont offer a shoe fitting service so it is pretty much trial and error and you do have to rely on self judgement and the word of your little cherub that they are comfy but all in all good value for money. The staff here are friendly and if your after a certain pair of shoes in a certain size will do their best to locate them for you even if it means trying another store.

There are so many different colour saris to choose from and the embroidery is particularly eye catching. The quality of clothes on offer is pretty good and they are at affordable prices which tops it off. You look at the saris on display at the front of the shop and you have to say they look terrific to say the least. Bargains are to be snapped up here and I know my mum and sister would be tempted in visiting this place. The clothes here for girls (Aged 1-6) are really cute and I would come back just for that. Staff are very helpful and if you need help they will be there to support you. From my point of view this shop oozes class from the minute you walk in despite the fact it is not the biggest of stores. But for me it is not about the quantity of products you sell, it's about the quality. And Zari certainly sell quality saris for all ages.

In addition to the shoe shop, Rieker has a chiropody clinic, offering a range of treatments, again for reasonable prices. Admittedly, the range of shoes on offer aren't exactly cutting edge in terms of style, but there's plenty of smart shoes, and the pair I've got live up to their claims of excellent comfort.

It was pretty obvious from the minute I walked in this was not going to be the case. Two different members of staff were quick to help me and explain the differences between my selections. They also said that if I was to change my mind on my purchase and wanted a refund, as long as I had my receipt and the shoes were not worn they are usually ok with doing it (even if it's outside of the normal 1 month window for returns) I walked out of the store with my new black docs, and no regrets. These things are made to last, if you can it's well worth paying the little bit extra for amazing quality.
