Todd came by & knew the problem and what the remedy was. He promised to fix my roof in a couple of days. Sure enough, two days later the Martin Roofing repairman showed up & repaired all the vents. Now, I'm old-school, meaning I expect you to do what you say you're gonna do, but I can tell you that 100% of the time when I have called a repairman for whatever reason, the majority don't bother to return your call.
