There are always really friendly staff here who are happy to advice you on what products are best for you, they also let you sample the fragrances. The you will get to the clothes and shoes. Then at the very back of the store they have the bits you can buy for your house like plates, kettles, and glasses etc.. I do find some of the bit a a bit expensive but you can see they are good quality. Then to the left of the shop they sell craft stuff such as wool for knitting, cross stitches, patterns etc.. There is a another entrance door here so if you are just after buying some wool you can go in this way. Upstairs there is more clothes and underwear for sale and there is a big cafe. They sell some lovely food in the cafe we often go there when we have been shopping and need to sit down.

As you go in the shop one side has female clothes the other male and infront is a selection of trainers. The shop is quite narrow but opens up at the back there is a section which has shoes in mostly ladies heels. Then on the left is mens and the right is females with various rails of clothes some being sale items. They also sell Playboy and other branded belts and handbags. The main make they sell in therei s Bench. It is quite an expensive shop but sometimes you can get a bargain when there is a sale. I don't always find the staff that friendly and they watch you as you walk around and go in the shop. A lot of people I know have commented on this. They have some great clothes but alot of them you can get cheaper in some mail order catalogues.

There is also a big changing room which has separate cubicles in for you to get changed. There is normally a member of staff stood by the door who gives you a token which says how many items you have taken in. The clothing includes t shirts, jumpers, jeans and skirts. It is of really good quality and lovely fit but can be quite expensive. The best time is to go during their many sales. Their accessories include bags, wallets and jewllery. I really love their bags which come in many sizes and include rucksacks. Colours vary during seasons. There is also a range of shoes at the back of the store that includes other brands than just Animal. Again the best time to look at the shoes is when they're reduced as they are bit costly - but are of good quality.
