Joanne, was a joy to work with. She made the ordeal of purchasing our home a pleasure. Handled all our questions and concerns in a prompt cordial manner. If we ever need the services of an agent again she will be our choice. read more

We first met Nancy when searching for a home in Andalusia. We asked to see her listing and she was prompt and efficient responding, showing us the home, helping us with the offer and whole the buying process. Her knowledge and expertise in the area was so helpful to us moving to a new state and not knowing where to go for anything! When it came time to sell that same home she was the one we called to list. She again was prompt and efficient with the listing process, took beautiful flattering photos of our home, and was quick to communicate showings, feedback, and any information we needed through the entire process. Nancy is kind and generous with her time, her expertise helped to guide us smoothly through the selling process all the way to closing! Nancy has a lot of integrity and was truly interested in what was best for our situation. We highly recommend! read more
