I've owned a few chimeas and gave them away still intact and without cracks. They offered me $100 off a new one, but they're out of stock. So I spend $220 on something that may have cost them $100 and you lose a 15 year customer. I go to your store for the staff, as they have always been great, but I can buy this stuff anywhere, which is what I will have to do now. Very disappointed
