He also didnt ask my approval on many of the decisons he made in my case and in some instances did the opposite. My case was resolved however; I received less money from the settlement than I was owed. I am very unhappy with his service and caution anyone from using him. Bottom line, I received less than owed and his fees were 50% more than what he said was worst case scenario.

I tellephoned that firm and was guilded to **** ******* by the receptionist. He represented himself to be an expert on forbearance. He requested a $250 fee for the consultation. We set an appointment. Upon entering thier facility, the receptionist requested the $250, that I paid. **** ******* apeared and ushered me to a conferance room. I showed him a Forbarance Agreement, and began to question certain aspects of that agreement, when Mr. ******* offered speculations, conjecture and a general posture of someone with no accual knowledge of forbarance. This begged me to ask if he had any real experiance with the subject, when he rolled his eyes to the cieling as though he was serching for a fly, then admitted he had none. He offered some guesses which turned out to be totally off. He guessed that the agreement was un inforseable by the lack of a signature, and he guessed their was little I could do without that. He obviously had nothing else to do as he lingered though the silence our meeting came too. I thanked him very much and left. After a day or two I sent a letter requesting a refund of which I have recieved no response. I appreciate your attentiuon in thuis matter.***** ***** Product_Or_Service: Consultation on Forbearance

My mother passed away unexpectedly, leaving me in shock and navigating everything from halfway across the country, as I was living in another state. Years earlier, my mother had given me an envelope labeled with instructions for when she passed. Inside was Bill's phone number. I will forever be thankful that she had the foresight to take these steps while she was still alive--without Bill and Patti, I truly would have been lost. I came to them grieving and overwhelmed, yet they guided me through the entire estate process with compassion, clarity, and professionalism from beginning to end. Patti, in particular, was absolutely wonderful to work with--responsive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made a difficult and emotional process feel manageable and supported every step of the way. I believe my mother originally attended a seminar Bill gave to snowbirds sometime in the early 2010s, after which she followed up with him and had her will prepared. What stood out most was the firm's diligence over the years: they checked in annually with my mother to confirm any updates or changes, all of which were carefully documented. This attention to detail became critical later, as my mother had purchased additional properties after the original will was created. Because of their thoroughness, foresight, and genuine care, my mother's wishes were honored exactly as intended. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough to anyone seeking estate planning or estate administration services. If you have been considering estate planning, don't wait. You never know what can happen, and being prepared is one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones as they navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives.

I was intrigued by what I learned and arranged for a follow up session with him a week or so later since my wife and I had procrastinated long enough about getting a trust set up. Bill was able to take a complex subject and put it in layman's terms. It was easy to see his knowledge and passion for Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning and he is very personable. He and his staff are all professional and friendly. He produced our Trust, tailored to our needs and my wife and I are now confident and reassured that our children will be protected and taken care of when we pass. Included in the package we signed up for is a private session every three years to go over law changes, an overview of our trust, and discussions on any changes, concerns, and asset updates from three years ago. We just had our update this week and we continue to be very pleased and thankful of his help. We are so much more organized and reassured. One of the best decisions we have made. Highly recommend this trustworthy firm.
