Andalusia Location I purchased Zootopia 2 tickets online for my daughter and myself and arrived to find a line forming outside in very cold weather. After the manager finished assisting the customers in front of us, she walked away and left my daughter and me standing outside in the cold. I took it upon myself to walk inside and told my daughter to go ahead and sit inside the theater while I waited to be assisted. The manager then rudely asked if I had my ticket. I told her yes, and as I approached her to show it, she told me I had to go back outside and wait in the cold. I explained that I would step back outside once someone was available to assist me. At that point, she raised her voice and stated that she did not have to let my daughter and me watch the movie and that we could be refunded instead. I then asked another employee if he could scan my ticket. He politely agreed, but while he was scanning my phone, the manager told him not to give me a ticket and to refund us. I informed him that my daughter was already inside the theater. He apologized and said the manager instructed him to issue a refund anyway. As we were leaving, I asked for a receipt for the refund and was told there was no receipt upon getting a refund. I then asked who the manager's superior was and was told that there was no one above her. Given how very disrespectful and unprofessional this situation was especially in front of my child--I felt forced to contact the police after walking my daughter to the car. I will never return and do not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I saw the new John Wick "Ballerina" here. First, what a fantastic movie that is. Great action and Ana De Armas is absolutely sexy. This theater is clean, in a nice area of town, has simple parking and the concessions are hot and fresh. The sound system is exemplary and the seats are comfortable. The ticket price is reasonable and the staff are pleasant and well groomed. This is my favorite theater in the ft.Rucker area. read more

Went here to see Beetlejuice 2 while visiting family in Enterprise. Loved the ease of buying tickets online and being able to pick your seats. The seats recline awkwardly and my boyfriend fidgeted around uncomfortably the whole time, but iIt was quiet and clean and no lines. Nothing like a CA theater. read more

Unfortunately will never be going back here unless policy changes. A place that gives a Gold Star widow a hard time every time for a military discount is not a place I will be giving my money. The man who scans tickets that were bought online cussed at me and was very rude. He said and I quote "I don't give a shit", I then asked him to repeat what he said and he refused to say it again. The food quality has severely declined. All of my family's food was undercooked. The pizza dough was raw. The fries were still raw hard potatoes. The chicken tasted freezer burnt. A few people got food poisoning. Enjoyed coming to this place for years so I'm still giving 5 stars I just hope to see this fixed. read more

Movie theater is nice and clean but why can't you bring your own soda or snacks in? Movies are already so expensive and movie theater popcorn is unhealthy. Ridiculous that you can't bring your own inside and are forced to buy stuff here or not enjoy anything during your movie. When I tell you I have been to movie theatre's all around the US and this was by FAR the best movie theatre I've ever been to. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. My husband and I would go to every weekend and they always greeted us by name. They have endless amounts of options for food and snacks. I'm vegetarian and they even had an impossible burger. We love this theatre and its location is perfect for us. Although Clark is not a big name like AMC, I was incredibly surprised at how nice this theatre is as well as how much nicer it is than AMC. Theatre - A Generous variety of times and movies makes this theatre our go to. The theaters have large screens but don't pack too many people in. We absolutely LOVE the recliner seats and handy table for each seat. It is always so comfortable to relax and watch a movie. The hallways and theaters are also always clean which contributes to the enjoyable experience. Plus, the prices are pretty reasonable for a high quality theatre. Food - They try really hard to offer non-traditional theatre foods like pizza and hamburgers. I personally really like their popcorn, candy selection, and pretzels. The prices are extremely reasonable and I never feel like I'm being gouged. Service - We went to a movie one time and a couple was being extremely loud and disruptive. They were so obnoxious that we couldn't even enjoy the movie and left after 5 minutes. We told the manager and he provided us with a rain check ticket for the same movie to be used at a later date. I love this place. Dothan theaters always have people talking or using their phones in them. Clark doesn't put up with that. They won't let someone else ruin your experience. Their food is delicious and reserved seating makes it so we know where we're going to sit before we even get to the theater. We drive to Enterprise from Dothan to go to this theater. A great theater for this small town. We have been many times and we have yet to have a poor experience. The concession stand is always well staffed, even when the line is long on a weekend evening, your wait won't be long. Good variety of concession options, though I haven't tried many, I tend to stick with the cinnamon roll. The place is always very clean. The ability to purchase tickets online is great. The parking lot is huge so no issues there. You can't miss the place because it is the largest building surrounded by absolutely nothing but country land. I purchased my ticket online at the website. There is an up-charge for movies shown on the bigger screen (1.95 or so extra) but it is worth it. If the ticket is purchased online you must go inside to the service desk and scan your phone then your ticket will be printed out. The line was relatively long when I arrived but it was a very quick process. Tap the screen, scan the barcode, ticket is printed. There are a variety of food options in addition to the regular popcorn, nachos and drinks. The prices are reasonable not too outlandish for a movie theatre. If you order actual food, you are given a number and the food is delivered to you at your seat inside the theatre room. It is not like many theaters where food is prepared already and sits on shelves or behind hot boxes waiting to be purchased. The food is made to order which I thought was cool even though I didn't order anything. All registers were open which made it quick getting food then heading to the movie. Another options is hot drinks... coco, tea and coffee which is a nice addition to watching a good movie. The seats are leather, plus and comfy. The recline goes back farther than I expected... be careful if the movie is boring you may fall asleep. The attached tray table is very small I would imagine it would be difficult to like on many food items because the small tray I had took up nearly the entire tray. The sounds was clear with fairly decent surround sound. The screen was "large" but not the largest screen like at cinemark, amc, regal or other larger theaters but it is worth the up-charge. read more

It is so awesome we have a state of the art movie theater in our hometown. We go here often. The ticket prices might be slightly higher but well worth it. The seats are recliners and have food trays. They deliver food to you in the theater. You can reserve your seats ahead of time. The food and drink prices are much lower than the big chains. We love it! read more

After spending a hundred dollars my purse was searched, my husband scolded for entering the theater too quickly, and having to sit so close because the entire theater is reserved seating. I am a very busy woman who doesn't have a week to plan a trip to the movies just to be able to sit farther back. The drive to Dothan is worth it to me! read more

Daughter and I had some mud on our shoes because was raining out. Manager had us walk outside by ticket booth and brushed our shoes off with a broom in front of everyone. Sticky trey and recliner didn't work. Told owner about it. He agreed w the manager that embarrassed us. I told him his place is not a great as he thinks it is. Been there many times. Always cold, wife wears a sweater in July. Small theater, reclining seats are comfortable.

First the pro's: nice seating, quiet atmosphere,plenty of parking. Cons: behind the counter staff were very pleasant but there is one old lady tearing tickets that has a very nasty attitude. She insisted on searching my wife's purse for the purpose of "security" but everyone knows they are looking for candy and drinks (don't let the secret out) my wife told her she thought it was very sexist and asked why men weren't being searched also. I told her I could be carrying concealed right now ( I was not by the way but making a point) and she wouldn't even know it. The candy patrol lady's smart response to this was "she could definitely have me searched if I wanted" wow, talk about rude!! We are never searched in Dothan or any other theater. So we will not be going to this cinema in the future because of their policies and this employee's rudeness. Clark cinemas if you are concerned with weapons, be proactive and get x-Ray machines and metal detectors otherwise good luck with candy patrol lady!! Really and honestly it's just a matter of time before you get slapped with a sexism lawsuit so I would truly reconsider a different approach. read more

I absolutely love coming to Clark Cinemas. Since it is a busy theater I always get my tickets online, I pick out my favorite seat and I still arrive early to get some decent priced snacks. I love to get the hotdog and fries. I have even had the ice cream option. Great thing they bring you your hot food to your assigned seat. I'm a regular and will continue to return! read more
