He was never prepared, got all the figures wrong at the closoing and showed up 3 hours late while approximately 10 people waited for him. He then blamed his tardiness on me because I refused to adjourn the closing when he had weeks to prepare. After closing there were funds to be disbursed by him and I had to wait days and days for it. I had an appointment to go collect my money and he sent me a text about 10 minutes before the meeting to tell me he was stuck in court and couldn't make it that day when he couldn't make it the two days before that also. It was stall, stall, stall. Because he was so unprepared he told the buyers to write a personal check which then stopped by the bank for fraud and I had to wait 10 days to get my money. Who ever heard of someone writing a personal check at a closing - especially for this exact purpose - the buyers got my store but I didn't get paid for 10 days. A franchise fee was to be disbursed and he never did that either. I really can go on and on but in the end he's just a lousy lawyer. DON'T USE HIM. And he mumbles so you don't know what he's saying.
