I've used Clark Accounting for many years and always had great service. Clark has always treated the unique problems with filings that I pose with frequent long deployments, constantly shifting residency issues, and a myriad of other problems a mobile career and life bring when it comes to financial accounts and tax dealings. When other agencies would turn that away as being too hard, Clark & Assoc lean into the challenge and pursue things to the end with accuracy and thoroughness. Thanks. read more

This place deserves zero star. My wife called on March 2nd…read moreand made an appointment with the secretary to get estate tax return DONE for her father. The secretary set it for April 13th 2026. My wife explained that we have to get it DONE by April 15th. The secretary said no problem we can do that. Only to find out today April 9th when we called in and spoke to the secretary, she said they CANNOT do the tax return by April 15th and would have to file extension and that they file extension for everyone after March 15th. Why wasn't this said to us on March 2nd when my wife made the appointment? All the accountant has to do is take the numbers from our computer spreadsheet and put them on the tax forms but they refuse to help us now. Try explaining this to the lawyers, judge. We called around today to other accountants and so far noone is taking on new clients. This place has put us in a very very bad spot. This business is trash. They don't care about their customers all they care about is making more money to file extension for everyone even when u (the customer is ready and has been ready since before making the appointment). From the moment you walk in you get a sense that it is different. The office is a home from the 1800s converted into an office and it gives you a very classic feel. The staff will take great care of you and make sure your issues are resolved timely and efficiently. I get my taxes done here, and my taxes are not easy. I have a lot of paperwork and problems and they get my tax return out and back to me timely. They are great to work with and communicate extremely well. I highly recommend their firm to anyone.

He billed me full price for everything, all drafted paperwork, mailing letters, answering phone, etc. At the time my case was dismissed I owed $45. I understood that I would receive a final bill. What I did not know is that bill would go back 5 months. I called to ask why I was sent multiple invoices with a balance if you believed I owed more. He said didn't know the amount due but if I came to his office (45 minutes away) he would explain it. So I'm paying $200/hr for you to put my name in a pre-typed letter but can't get and updated invoice? When I went to talk to him I was told the women behind the front desk was responsible for billing, even though I was charged as if he did it, and that is just how they did things. Not for a moment did anyone stop to address my concerns. That's how Mr. Kuntz does things at his office! Beware!!
