I greatly appreciate the effort they took to be 100% sure it wasn't anything severe. I've had hospitals give a generic diagnosis, and come to find out a couple days later it was a much more serious issue. This hospital definitely ruled out anything serious before making a diagnosis.

Most of the nurses were as well, which was really cool. Unfortunately the physician/or physicians assistant(?), Hosey, seemed bothered by our questions. She didn't seem to care much about the cuts on the patients arm from the fall, felt rather dismissive as we expressed our concerns. She did not adjust what pharmacy we used even though we asked and had an entire conversation about it leaving us with medication in a pharmacy over an hour away. I will say it was one of my better visits to an ER, just wish the PA was kinder and more empathetic, as she's dealing with injured people. Left us with many unanswered questions and, as I stated above, a prescription over an hour away due to carelessness... THANK YOU to the nurses, security and desk staff for being awesome! Savannah moved my appointment up 2 weeks leaving 2 1/2 months from now until the appointment. Savannah pretty much said go to ER if you don't like it find someone else. So I did. I was able to get a new patient intake appointment and testing in less than a week. Its terrible that there are not specialists practices locally that are dependable.
