We were prompted greeted by Tina and shown around the spa and to our lockers. In the ladies locker room area, there are showers, a sauna, and a steam room. We got there early so we could enjoy the pool and other amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were hotel guests in the pool, including children. That's not all that conducive to relaxing unfortunately so we didn't get in the water at all. Tina also helped us order a lovely lunch from Capitol Grill and took overall very good care of us while we relaxed and waited for our spa appointments. The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. The only thing that was really "bad" was the temperature of the atrium area/pool and hot tub area. It was HOT in there. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. When you walk in, go closer to the check in desk to the second set of elevators and the spa is on the 6th floor 3. There is cold water and some cold towels in the Gym on the same floor.

I finally had a chance when my travel slowed enough to book the session and haven't looked back since. My first session was 60 minutes and the level of relaxation I reached was something I hadn't been able to obtain in any massage or self-care in ages. The atmosphere is wonderful and fosters the unwinding and letting Teresa work her magic. Since my first session I see Teresa at least once-a-month for 90-minute sessions as my schedule (and income) allow and they continue to be amazing. I've gone in thinking my tension was one area to learn there was an area much worse that Teresa works the tension from. I leave every session refreshed and always am looking forward to the next one...to the extent that my husband knows when "massage day" is coming and reminds me on days I feel worn out or stressed. This Christmas I received another massage gift (already used) but also purchased a separate one for my Mom knowing how much she loves a good massage. I know Teresa will provide a great one!

None of them satisfied me enough. However, at last, I was able to find my massage therapist!! Joyce knows what she is doing! In addition, I have noticed that she has powerful energy in her hands... After the session, my body became so much lighter; my back pain was almost gone, and I attained more flexibility. Moreover, not only my body, but my mind also became happier!! I highly recommend INSP Center and can't wait my next appointment!! I had two massages at another spa in Indianapolis and still was in constant pain. A friend recommended this location and I'm so glad she did! I live in broadripple but had never come across this spa. I was able to schedule a sports massage for the following afternoon. I let the masseuse know about the pain I was experiencing and she made sure I was open to cupping which allows the blood to flow more to the area. I was open to anything as long as it provided relief. During the massage she could tell how the muscles in the right side of my back were swollen and apparently I was a little tight on the left as well. I felt instant relief after the massage and finally had a full nights sleep since the pain began. She worked wonders and this will now be my spa of choice! Looking forward to booking my next massage! They have a shared parking lot in front with at least four designated spots for their guests.

I scheduled again with Jomar this week. He did not disappoint!! Deep tissue this time was perfect. I was feeling a little under the weather before my appointment, so I called to make sure it was OK if I still came in. I was encouraged to still come in since I wasn't contagious. Best decision! She's only one person, so a side-by-side massage isn't possible, but we enjoyed taking turns and relaxing in her awesome Stutz Building studio. It is truly an inspiring and relaxing place, with comfy seating, whimsical murals, a bubbling fountain, and lava lamps. As for AJ, she is very passionate about her work, and I believe she is a truly gifted masseuse. She seemed very engaged during the massage, not just going through the motions (literally) like at some spas. She zeroed in on sore spots I didn't even know I had and was in tune with the how much pressure to use. She also used hot stone and hot towel techniques that made the massage a real treat. AJ even makes her own massage oils and natural products! I felt like I was glowing afterward, and wasn't sore at all the next day. All this, and her prices are extremely reasonable, even for Indy, and she's easy to work with as far as scheduling. I will be back!
