He helped swap out the crappy jewelry that was originally used for something much better quality. He made sure it was properly sterilized and was incredibly gentle removing the old jewelry and placing the new post. It's been 2 days and I've noticed a huge difference in the healing process already with the appropriate jewelry in place. He also gave some good after care tips that have helped a bunch.
