It is very light and airy in this shop and is accesible both from the Harpur shopping centre and the outside street. This shop stocks the 925 range, shoes maternity, inspire and the general womens clothes. Although it's a reasonable size it still isn't huge which means they can't have a large amount of clothes in each section - a pain if you've seen something on the internet and you want to try it on instore. Staff here are helpful and never had a problem when I have returned to get a refund on many a item!! I have found New look clothes to be cheap and generally good quality. Changing rooms are however falling into disrepair - it's bad when you get the last available changing room only to find the curtain is half falling off!

After multiple attempts going back and forth to the garage, I asked for it to be removed as made my car unusable. Communication was terrible for sorting anything out emails were constantly ignored, and I would ring up and get told they would email me back, this was a constant thing and not a one-off. Eventually got it removed however after paying nearly 1k in total I got less than half of that back as they charged me for the labour of fitting removal and every time I had a problem with it they charged the labour for that. I only had the car play in for around 4/5 months so still should have been under warranty from TTW that fitted it. However, I just wanted it gone and to not deal with them again so didn't bother taking it any further. If everything works fine TTW is probably good and ok priced, but if you think you may have any problems with equipment working on your vehicle, avoid at all costs!

This shop is on one of the main shopping streets in Bedford, close to Debenhams. The entrance is very large and is similar to all River Islands. They stock a large amount of womens clothes, a small section of shoes and a small section of accessories. They also have good sale stock for when it is that time of year. Upstairs is the men's section which I believe is quite large compared to others. I have found the staff very reasonable in this store - for example I wanted a dress, but it had a mark on it, so the manager offered me either a discount or the chance to return it if I washed it and it didn't come out. This shop is always a good place to look if you want a nice outfit, for males or females!

Upstairs is menswear which is somewhat more spacious than the downstairs. If you are looking for something imparticular, I wouldn't even bother setting foot in here as it's about 90% true that you wouldn't find it. The only good thing is that it is very local as it is in the centre of town, unlike the other Next which you have to drive out to. This isn't very accessible as everythings so close together and there is no lift to get upstairs.

They have a wide range of guitars on sale and some special edition ones for the music connoisseur, they also sell guitar books,picks, cds and other small musical instruments like banjos. They also sell music memorabilia like signed photos. My boyfriend loves to visit the store but always feels a little wistful when he does as most of the stock is expensive due to what it is. A great place to buy that special gift for a music fan.

The website has some beautiful clothing but what is actually delivered does not compare to the descriptions. I ordered four outfits in July 2015 for a family wedding. The most expensive outfit was nearly 300USD and lacked some of the work that was shown on the website but was still pretty although not worth the steep price tag. The outfit I was most excited to wear was a disappointment and required lots of last minute alterations and repair. The zipper was broken and the sleeves had been sewn haphazardly with no fitting. Another outfit was a poly blend instead of silk. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the customer service response was as follows: "Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for back zip issue. We will definitely improve it. As you said you will get it fixed. It is not a big issue. We let us know if you are unable to fix it. Please let us know if you pay any charges for fixing the issue. We will give you special discount on your next order." There is no chance of a follow up order and I can't place a review on their website to provide feedback.
