The prices can be a little high but the quality has always been good and long lasting. The shop staff don't hover around the clothes so you're not made to feel like you should hurry. However, the clothes rails are a bit close together and it cna be difficult to walk through the shop on a Saturday - don't ever take in a buggy!!

There's a nice variety of bits but my favourite sections is definitely the shoes. Everything is reasonably prices and easy to view. There's also a good range of sizes. The changing rooms are nice and big and there's always one available. There's often a queue in this shop, as it's so popular, but there are always at least 3 staff on the tills and the queue goes down fairly quickly.

As well as buying clothes for going out I also buy alot of my work clothes at New Look as they are good value and last. I also find that if the tills are very busy downstairs, I go upstairs and pay. Whilst it's all costume jewellery some of it is so nice I'd rather buy that and wear it only once than waste money in a jewellers. Like others, I have had trouble finding a suitable amount of stock to choose from and have ended up going else where. I also find Clarks a little over priced, especially for children's shoes that won't fit for very long. They should look round and realise that they will soon be outdone by newer, cheaper shops.
