Then leading up to closing, it was a firestorm of last-minute documents I had to sign and overnight to her just so she'll have them in time. At closing, the scatter brained behavior continued when she kept using the wrong stamp on documents and laughed each time at how she did it again. The kicker was when she tried to slip in a 50% up charge for her services at the closing - thankfully she was unsuccessful with that.
