Horrid service! Billed 50.00 for a 30 minute phone call! Higher rates than overseas!!! Should you decide to use them be sure to obtain a written statement BEFORE hand. They billed us for a design we never received. How does that happen? When asked to explain and rationalize the bill for me his response was "I'm really sick of dealing with this". Very professional...NOT! Told him his company are thieves and shysters! I want to report them to BBB. I'm fairly certain they will not be in business for long. Rude people, poor service. read more

Appreciate his down to earth approach and his recommendation ultimately to not purchase the home (truly dodged a bullet). For the price, it's definitely worth it considering the cost of a property. I'd totally call Garth again if I have any structural questions. Thanks, Garth!

They definitely wanted to make us happy. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and are only happy if their client is happy. They really do go that extra mile!
