During the summer, when I noticed the yard still looked the same, I expressed my concern. They came by one day and left a note pretty much blaming poor drainage and the note also stated that I--not them--needed to "rake the moss up so grass could grow." Of course they didn't tell me this in January when I purchased the plan. I think at this point the nine treatments are finished and it's the same. No follow-up call. Nothing. I'd rather not even use anyone at this point and just let it stay the same. I guess the plan is to take your money and blame YOU when things don't improve.

To start, they show up with an unprofessional appearance. Saggy pants and a T-shirt[not even company shirt] with large holes in it. They were on the phone the entire time of the service. A personal call was my guess by the use of curse words being used. It was supposed to be a full lawn treatment and looked more like a spot treatment. But, they were on the phone, so i can see how they may have missed some spots‍. They even missed a complete strip of lawn on the side of the house. I made a complaint online and called to cancel the rest of the treatments. Definitely not paying for this kind of service. They really need to look at hiring a better quality of staff for the Columbus area.
