Michael removed and reconstructed the wood entryway (see picture). Michael also did significant replacement of rotted wood/rotted decking, scraping and repainting of two porches (see pictures). On our side porch he removed a rotted column base and reconstructed a new base off-site while supporting the porch roof using an effective and efficient method (picture). We also had him strip and repaint an exterior door that had been poorly painted by a previous contractor. The quality of workmanship that Michael delivers is simply outstanding. Also, he constantly communicated with us throughout the process - we knew in advance when he would be on-site. His painting is impeccable. We are grateful to Michael for his time, workmanship and we look forward to putting him to work here again!
