I ordered a monogramed gift for newborn. The first oder failed to match the description in my order and in the picture of the order. Had to pay because the shipped the order. I ordered a second time, and the CK representative on chat said that it would not be shipped until I had reviewed and approved the order. CK went ahead and shipped. So now ai am being told that I have to pay for two incorrect orders. Extremely disappointing ... Need to deal with a better organization. read more

These guys are awesome! Chip is very creative and pays a lot of attention to detail. I wanted a few items with different vinyl on it from aliens to flowers and he had everything design I wanted! Also a very quick turn around time with custom orders! Very professional and awesome prices! read more
