Be careful with this business they didn't diagnose my dryer correctly. The tech told me, my wires…read morewere chewed and it was $500 to fix the wire harness. So I went to the showroom and bought a new dryer. The ladies in the showroom are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. The new dryer Got delivered and I started using it, right away. And low behold the new dryer acted the same as the old dryer. I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact . I was told my old dryer was already taken to scrap. Then Mr Josh came to do a quote for a new HVAC system and found that the circuit breaker was no good. I went to speak with owner about this issue. For I never had to buy a new dryer in the first place. I wanted my service fee back and the cost of my dryer which was only 4 years old. After speaking with the owner Destin Anderson he would not budge on any compensation for this matter. Unfortunately I will have to do some legal proceedings and after I told him I was going to my lawyer and as I was walking out he said well that's going to be a $2500 retaining fee...Merry Xmas. I will never recommend them to anyone. So please be careful with this outfit.

We purchased a pool from them last May and it was installed in June. The installers came and left…read morein a few hours since they have several installations scheduled each day and were in a hurry. They did not wait to make sure the liner was good, just left. The installation was not the best and we had many bumps and uneven places on the bottom. I also found a couple of spots where a sharp object was poking up under liner. I called and emailed them about this right away but was told it would be fine and to let them know if I had any other concerns. Now my pool is leaking and they are telling me I will have to pay a 375.00 service call for them to send someone from Mobile to check it and pay for the repair. It is only 9 months old and is should still be under warranty, but they are telling me only if seams rip, no warranty on installation after 30 days. I notified them about the sharp object within 30 days but nothing. I do not recommend buying a pool from them as they do not stand behind their work or product. After finally getting back home to MS I was able to reach the owner this problem was solved! They…read morefixed and restored my phone and went above and beyond to make sure my phone was restored! I retract and I would definitely go back again because it was how they handled this issue and treated me with kindness A+for me... This was the issue::;;;;;;Unfortunately, I wish I could give a good review however, I am still trying to get my phone fixed. My back glass cracked as well as my front glass so I took it in to get it repaired at the Walmart location in Pascagoula, Mi... It took almost the whole day and they didn't even bother to call me and ask me if I wanted my port fixed because it wasn't charging. Upon leaving I did not notice, due to being n a hurry to leave on a trip, that they didn't even replace the glass with proper Apple products they put a cheap back on it that broke in less than a day... I took the case off to charge it after flying in and I don't even remember dropping it, but it was Broken. I called and spoke to the owner or manager, who didn't want to take any kind of responsibility. He wanted to point the finger at me and proceed to tell me to look at a receipt. I looked on it printed after I had already paid for the repair and found it read, they might use other products than Apple... When I spoke to another store owner at another Walmart in Milwaukee, Wi he stated they are only allowed to use proper apple products and showed me the written contract even... I DO NOT recommend them they just want your cash!!
