Their "x-rays" showed I had an extreme curvature of the spine and crushed disks. If my back looked like that I would not be walking. The treatment plan for a whiplash injury was 6 months of 3x a week "treatments" with the spring pen and vibrator which magically equalled my $10,000 PIP insurance limit. Go to another clinic, any other clinic, please.

First day you get stuck in a room watching videos, get x-rayed by a very outdated machine. Doctor will come in and not wear a mask and try to sell you on how great he is. If you are a woman he will ask you to bring in your husband/boyfriend to review the X-rays with you at your second appt. Because he will understand better, and your female brain won't be able to explain it to him later. Second appt- another video. The anti-mask doc comes back in and tells you how messed up you are. He will be disappointed you didn't bring a man to better help you understand what he is saying. They will send in another dude to show you an over 2k "health plan" to cure you of all ailments. He will also be disappointed your husband isn't there to approve of you spending 2k on back alignments. (FYI this is after insurance.) They will not listen to you and try very hard to badger you into coming in 3x a week. I said no, but let him do an adjustment the day of to try and help back pain. No manual adjustment, tools only for two minutes. Then an electric massage tool for like 30 seconds (which was an extra 30 dollars.) It helped nothing. He still said he would see on Monday. HA! I will never go back. There are MUCH better options out there. Also, if you have insurance and have to deal with their "insurance specialist" I feel for you, she is one of the most condescending, rude people I have had the displeasure of speaking to. The one star I am forced to leave goes to the main front desk woman. She'a nice. I still recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else.
