Four months ago, I was rear-ended at a complete stop. I went to another chiropractor in Kitsap County, but they only adjusted me and did not conduct any further assessment, x-rays, or evaluation. As a result, I still experienced pain. I then discovered Dr. Richie's office, and he and his staff have been amazing! Dr. Richie took X-rays and explained to me what was going on. Although I'm still experiencing issues on my right side, a combination of chiropractic care and massage has helped me move without being in excruciating pain. I highly recommend them for auto accidents. Their expertise, care, and friendly atmosphere are amazing!

I have never been a fan of chiropractic care, never tried it, and thought of it as not "real medicine". I came to visit and hang out with my grandson but my back was so debilitating, my daughter suggested I see her chiropractor. Hesitant, and not expecting any results, I decided to have her schedule me a visit. I thought it wasn't going to fix anything, but I'll sure give it a try so I can play with my grandson. I've recently had some cardiac issues in California, so I'm well versed with Western medicine. How was a chiropractor going to help?! Wow was I impressed! Drew asked specific questions, I actually thought "how did he know that"?! I was scared to death about my back being "popped". That's all I knew about chiropractors. He was gentle, calming, informative and explained the entire process as we're moving through the appointment. When finished, I actually felt immediate results. Questioning how. I've been to the doctor for this exact issue multiple times, all with X-rays and sent home with a muscle relaxer. Drew sent me home with NO medication, and relief! I was finally able to have a good nights sleep after being in town for 3 days. I was quite shocked at his knowledge, answering every question. Experiencing results as I walked out of the office, opened my eyes! Thank you so much Drew and to the sweet lady's running the front desk!

Dr. Franklin made it easy to understand what the procedures would be and was very realistic about the results. I am finding relief in the pain that I was experiencing even though it is early on, but more importantly I understand so much more about how other lifestyle changes will help me better with my lower back pain - increased water, cold not hot compresses, and more frequent stretching. That combined with alignments are where I will find long term relief. Dr. Franklin teaches about all of this in a way that is not "preachy". Looking forward to more sessions as I go through this journey and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for relief as well as some knowledge!
