Throughout, Jay was very responsive during this holiday. The next day, our Prague expert, George , arrived precisely on time and off we went. George was fantastic. To view the palace garden and use the restroom after a 3 hour drive. Not worth the money invested. Trip to shopping area in Vienna wasnt too bad. Translation not the best. We thought it was a bus tour. Not a private tour. So van ride down to Vienna wasnt very comfortable for three hours each way. Definitely wouldnt do it again. Especially for the money spent
