I've never had a worse experience with a business in my life. They responded by insinuating I was not intelligent enough to understand the "complex" nature of business, and when I replied noting that it's unfortunate they assume their paying customers are less intelligent than them, they told me they think I'm mentally disabled. Clearly they don't know how to run a business, and it's too bad they couldn't be professional enough to level with me. They quoted an exorbitant price for the service and asked for my credit card upfront, before any services rendered. When I questioned both the cost and the credit card, I was immediately hung up on. I was going to go with them anyway, as I didn't think I had any other choice, but he wouldn't answer my calls when I called back. It worked out for me in the end, however, as I did get a hold of someone else who charged me 1/4 of the price and was much friendlier.

They went above and beyond, making suggestions for safe but cost effective options. They even identified a safety hazard we hadn't considered and connected us with a way to address it (for free). I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
