Dr. Fletcher is the only one who said he could have the choice of the two and offered Invisalign at the same price as traditional braces, even though it is usually more expensive. This has been a big blessing to us, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic to have less in-person adjustment visits. Last year, Dr. Fletcher saw our son in an urgent, early morning appointment so we could take him to school afterward. Overall an excellent experience here and our son is looking forward to his straightened smile! Thank you for everything you do!

He sold the practice although he is still in the office however, and the changes are horrible. My husband and I both coincidentally need a crown. I called several places and the estimate the new dentist I was going to was right on the mark--around $1200. My husband was not given a good faith estimate--required in Texas--and did not ask for an amount as he has had several done in the past within reason pricewise. This time it was $1850. It is unfortunate that Dr. Franko's wonderful name is associated with the price gouging and lack of warmth that have taken over the practice.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled a few Tuesdays ago. As soon as I got home I followed all instructions provided and went right to sleep. After about 3 1/2 hours I was wide awake with moderate pain. Took my medicine replaced the ice packs and continued that routine through the night. The next morning, to my surprise, I woke up feeling like 1 million bucks. I had very light pain and very little soreness. Around noon (same/the second day) I finally forced myself to eat chicken noodle soup (GROSS but ok). Upon cleaning my teeth and mouth after eating I discovered a gum tag.... Painless but distracting...That evening I cooked dinner and tried to eat... it was uncomfortable, but it was still painless. I had only taken pain pills twice that day. Yay!! On the third day (Christmas Eve) it was almost as if everything was back to normal except taking the meds (2 times that day) and the prescribed mouthwash! (which it helps it to not taste like medicine if you don't rinse after gargling). I woke up with tight jaws so that was the first round of meds, then in the evening I had a glass of wine and later barbecue which prompted me to take a dose of medicine... cause RIBS! On the fourth day, which was Christmas Day, I felt as good as new eating and drinking to my comfort! Completely medicine free from that day forward.... My follow up appointment was exactly one week later and to everyones surprise I healed up a lot quicker than they expected! I felt like Logan at the peak of his healing.... LOL Anyway, I give the entire team 1 million thumbs up and a huge thank you because I feel so much better!!!!!!!! I definitely recommend!

It had already been diagnosed by a dermatologist as a benign cyst. This was explained to the staff prior to setting the appt. We were told and I quote "this is routine and we will get you right in." My family member shows up and never even meets the doctor. The office staff are demanding panoramic X-rays of the jaw and teeth. Keep in mind the visit was for a cyst removal on the inside of a lower lip. They said until we did the x-rays, the doctor wouldn't even see them. Then the nurse or dental assistant explained that this would be very expensive... I should mention we told them we would be cash patients because of no dental insurance. All she kept reiterating was how expensive this would be. I doubt this doctor even remembers the hippocratic oath. My relative was sitting there in discomfort, expecting to get the cyst removed only to find out that if they did not get the panoramic x-rays on parts are their mouth that had nothing to do with their medical issues they would not be seen. Typically the doctor comes in assess the situation then orders the modality of care appropriate for the situation correct? This place is run by a shakedown artist and no one should send their family to this place ever. I wonder if this place is mobbed up they seem to have the extortion part down real well.

My second visit was to start my treatment. Each time, I was seen quickly and treated like I was valued. I've been seen both times at the North Ft Worth location; my next visit will be my first time at the Crowley office. He is amazing with kids of all ages and treats them like the little humans that they are. I've always had a good experience with the front staff, at times too good. They called me like 4 times once to confirm an appointment. Which was kind of annoying but at least they called and they were sweet. And honestly It wouldn't matter if they were not nice (which they were) because the Person actually sticking their hands in the mouth of my child matters to me most. The assistance are always nice and explain things as they go. Dr Preece is caring, gentle, mindful and efficient he has treated three of my children the oldest which is now 15 he has been seeing since her first visit. I couldn't be happier with him as their dentist. I wish I could see him too lol! There are too many scary dentist stories of them taking teeth or doing excessive dental work just for insurance money. I can't imagine trying to find a new dentist so I hope he stays in practice for at least the next 15 years!

Yesterday I got the call that my aligners had arrived, and I made an appointment for today to get my attachments and trays. Then, a few hours later at work, I broke off like 1/3 of my tooth! I immediately went to an emergency dentist who charged me $85 for an x-ray and to tell me that I need a crown, but they can't do anything until Invisalign is done with. So I was convinced I'd be sporting a jagged half tooth for all of the Christmas festivities and everything for the next few months. I get to my appointment to get my aligners and I told Dr. Barron what had happened and asked if it would affect my aligners and he said "oh we can fix it for you" and they DID! For free!
