After waiting for over a week for phone call with results that should have been back in 3 days and next steps and when I called was put on hold to only be told they have the results and asked when would I like to come in. When calling the office the answering machine they use is an absolute waste of time. I've been to the office for 3 appts now and each time there is at least 3 people by the front desk all just talking amongst themselves. Why is not one of them answering the phone calls of their patients? No problem if it's busy and it has to go to machine but I've yet to see that office busy. My last appt the doctors assistant must have taken off as he was handling things all himself. Again at least 3 employees sitting at front desk. After appt he was to send a prescription into my pharmacy and have another office contact me for my next steps. 2 days later I go to pharmacy to no prescription and wrote it off to him having no help that day. So I call and get a young man who asked me what type of the med I was to get. I told him I have no idea as to which one the doctor wanted me to use. He told me he would have the doctor call me back. A week later and nothing. So I call again and get the same young man who doesn't remember our call from a week prior. But now all of a sudden there is something prescribed in my chart and he again asks me if that's what I want. I again requested the doctor call me to verify. I get an arrogant voicemail the next day from the doctor telling me the prescription was called in the day of my last visit and proceeds to tell me what it is. His office is not telling him what's going on. They do nothing proactively it seams to be all reactionary. I still am waiting for the other office to call me. There machines message feels like it's over a minute long before starting options and you still don't get 0 for operator, of course that's not an option cause the front office don't want to do a damn thing. It's a shame cause it seams like it could be ran so much more efficiently and respectfully with a little more involvement from the senior people.

I went on Zocdoc and looked for another physician in my network and found Dr. Liu based on positive reviews. I made my appointment via zocdoc and the clinic subsequently called me to confirm and get my insurance information. Check in was a breeze and the waiting time wasn't too bad. I got all the routine checkups and met with Dr. Liu. She's seems extremely knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She listens to you if you have any questions or concerns. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush through the appointment like how I've felt at other doctor visits before. They set you up with a patient portal where you can create an account and log in to see your lab results. This is the first time I'm experiencing the use of such technology at a clinic and needless to say, I'm very impressed. For the followup, I was given the option of an in person visit or a virtual visit and I chose the latter so I won't have to deal with the busy streets of flushing and the headache of traffic and parking in the area. You aren't given a specific time for the virtual visit, but just a range of a few hours, since the doctor calls you when she has time in between patients. I wish that the virtual visits were more coordinated, but other than that, overall I had a positive experience.

I just visited this spot today. I have to say the ladies at the front desk were so friendly. Yes,…read morethey had warm welcoming vibes and yes, they definitely each deserve a raise. Reason for my visit: I may have broken my middle finger (yes out of all fingers to possibly break). Now, I dance and write super slowly. I slammed it into a hard chair, and finally feeling the pain of the hit now, so I walked in around 10:30 AM. How was the process? I filled out 3 forms submitted my ID, insurance, and waited about 15 minutes (maybe less? pain changes time feel (that could have been a made up word). I walked in to have a diagnosis from a kind P.A. named Rodrick and had the help of a couple of wonderful nurses. Then, I was sent to get an X Ray at Lennox Hill Radiology. Very quick and responsive. I would highly recommend this spot if you need urgent care.

She refused to assist me in any way. Open a door, hand the sample to her, etc. Never made eye contact with me even when doing the workup for the doctor.
