The customer service was subpar, and I was advised that it would be another week before I would receive it back. This would have been understandable if I wasn't going out of town and promised that it would be completed within a week. I would recommend using another jeweler if you would like anything in a timely manner.

I have found Ralph Lauren, Indie Blue, and Lululemon there with tags still on. It's a bit higher priced than other stores, but I'd still say it's fairly reasonable given the brand and convenience of it already being found for you.
