I have these people call me at least 15 times. I asked them to stop calling me and take my number out of there data base. She then began her telephone tough guy routine. I asked who the manager was and she said it was her. I asked for her manager and she said it was Brad. Very unprofessional. This just proves why an education is so important. Sitting behind a desk phoning people for collections in your mid 30's making 12 an hour must put you in bad mood. read more

Farmers Insurance - Kristie Brian

5.0

I cannot tell a lie -- I despise writing checks for insurance premiums. But insurance is necessary,…read moreand Kristie Brian eases the pain. Why? First, my home flooded a few months back, and she answered her phone on the second ring. (Farmers took care of us.) Second, we initially tried to buy MORE coverage than we needed, and Kristie talked us off the ledge. How cool (and rare) is that? For those who read this, we live in the Houston burbs. We certainly have some decent agents around here, but Kristie -- even on the phone -- gives us peace of mind. Our youngest son drives in a few years, and I cannot wait to learn what his premiums will be. Two things are for sure though... Kristie will give us the best possible rate, AND the boy will be mowing some yards to pay his premium. ;-) Seriously, Kristie is a people person and an outstanding agent. Get to know her for your own peace of mind.

I was shocked at the price. I've paid less in other states using a CPA and filing Federal and State taxes. I even had to ask for a copy of my 1040. We also had to provide our own envelope. You get nothing but the bare minimum for $260.00. Never again !
