I actually spoke with a supervisor, and she told me there was nothing she could do for me, that I "had to go through the automated system". I explained to her that I actually had my card number, expiration date, and security code, my SS#, birthdate and everything she needed to validate me, but she said she could do anything for me. It is difficult when you lose something that is valuable and just want to turn off the ability to use the card, but are continually told there is nothing they can do. I had been very pleased with everything that Eastman had done for us previously, but this lack of customer service has me second guessing my decisions.

She called this company this morning and was treated very rudely and demeaning. Could not get a quote at all. She asked why she could not get a quote because other agencies have had no problem giving her a quote.and she got a rude reply "you should be fine then". My daughter hung up in tears and in complete dismay of how she was just treated. She should have never had to endure that kind of treatment. It is hard enough to deal with four children alone and be apart from her husband for months on end while he is on the ship. I would love to tell this lady that she is ok, State Farm called shortly after and insured her right away and was eager to do it and treated her very nicely.
