In what appears to have formerly been a garage or warehouse next to the Le Boy gay stripper bar,…read moreyou'll find Late Night Liquor. It's also owned and operated by the same people who own and operate Le Boy. Though of little relevance, the Florida Fictitious Name filing of January 18, 2016 for Late Night Liquor, is a fictitious name for the principle, Idsd, LLC., which one can easily read through as being Le Boy. Late Night is just an over the counter sale, so you don't get to walk around amongst the bottles or have any opportunity to look things over. However, the staff is friendly and most helpful in guiding you in your purchases or assisting you in any manner. It has large and well varied stock of hard liquors, but for wines it's clearly on the very weak side. Though I would guess the primary purpose of it was for Le Boy to purchase liquors in larger volumes in order to reduce costs, Late Night is good as it remains open 6:00pm to 2:00am in the morning except on Mondays. One thing that makes shopping here during those late hours of the night or early hours of the morning is that right next to it sits a security guard, though primarily for Le Boy, serves for both. And I might add that he just isn't any bouncer type security guard, but one in full uniform, also impressively friendly and helpful to the patrons of both establishments. As for prices, unless it's on a special, I failed to see any deals at Late Night. So, I have to say that if you are a price conscious shopper, other places such as Total Wine & More has Late Night beat. But then, the real purpose of late night is convenience not price. Though Late Night doesn't amount to much and its prices seem a tad high, I'm going to go a Three Stars OK on it for what it is, what it's intended as, and for the security and safety it offers which many other such similar places don't.

This is hands down the best new liquor store in the neighborhood. Family owned, not a big chain,…read moreand you can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. The shelves are fully stocked with every flavor of alcohol you can think of And plenty I've never seen anywhere else. They even carry unique brands and gift sets that make shopping super easy (and impressive if you're gifting ). The owner Manny was so welcoming, the prices are solid, and the selection honestly blew me away. If you're tired of the same boring options at corporate liquor stores, this is your new spot. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!

They had a Taiwanese whiskey in stock that i had been unable to locate for years and when given a random recommendation from coworkers they have had the product on the shelf every time. The staff knows what they are talking about and want to help. If you're not sure what you want they will actively walk you through their recommendations and even offer tastings of bottles they have opened. They have helped us pick bottles for wedding gifts, promotion parties, and funeral toasts. The bad: there is nothing reasonable to complain about. The prices might not be as competitive as larger box stores but I promise the service is worth any extra penny on the price tags.

I am not really a wine person, but they had a great selection of wines and champagne to sample. The best part of my visit on this day was the scotch, whiskey and cognac sampling which I did a lot of. The cognac was Hennessey and they had four selections including a VO and XO offering. In the whiskey sampling there were 10 or 11 and I tried them all. I bought a bottle of scotch before leaving and really had a great time. I will definitely come back for another tasting and when in the area will stop back in to see what I can pick up for my bar.
