With that said, the CAT system at UND is a really good bus system! I will say that I have never used any bus prior to this, so my experience may be skewed, but I have found that they were always on time (plus or minus one minute) in the semester that I've used them so far. I would also like to note that the older lady who drives the UND Blue Route is extremely sweet. She always greets everyone with a smile and a warm "hello!" and wishes everyone a great day when they leave, which I can really appreciate. It always makes my day a little better. Shoutout to her (she's still there as of the 2023 Spring Semester!) Also, the buses are reasonably clean too, considering that it's winter in North Dakota and everyone easily tracks in dirt, snow, gravel, and salt. So overall, I highly recommend this bus system, at least the one at UND. I cannot speak for the other buses that go around the city.

Rooms were spacious and provided a coffee bar area with microwave and fridge. A desk and couch were also available in my king room. Bathroom amenities were lacking, toiletries were not of great quality, I'm glad I brought my own for this sort of situation. Plenty of towels, hairdryer included which is pretty standard. The bed, however, was hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. I did appreciate that the mattress was encased in a mattress protector. The pillows were great and I was able to use those to support my back and make the bed a bit more comfy. This was my first experience at CanadInn and as a Marriott enthusiast I can see why this hotel offers rooms at such a value. My stay wasn't horrible and could have been 3 to 3-5 stars if the mattress (most important part of any hotel stay) were improved. Check with the front desk on vouchers for the tavern, I believe you can buy one for $10 that provides $20 worth of food. Plenty of parking and elevators, the hotel was kept clean and was quiet.

Housekeeping was very accommodating with our needs for when we needed the room done or needing extra towels. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I would like something other than just sausage for meat, but other than that it hit the spot. The manager was very helpful and even late in the evening out shoveling snow to keep walking paths clear for customers during winter storm conditions. I will definitely stay here again!

Guy taking call was rude to her and said he was annoyed. Next morning as she waited and taxi was 5 minutes late had her call. Company said it wasn't written down and said they would be there in 15 minutes. Instead. She had to wake up her roommate who took her. Requested arrival at motel at 9 and Cory was on time exactly. Very professional nice clean van. He even loaded my bags.approx 30 min drive with normal tourist conversation. I will definitely use them again. I felt the price of $70 flat fee was a little steep but, well worth it due to the bind I was in. Very skeptical of using cab sr car and traveling alone but definitely will use again if I ever have to come back up here. Thank you for ur kind services. I was flying home to TN.
