Overtime my vision of the backyard resulted in project creep. However, that was never a problem. They understood my vision, and made it come to life. I am beyond thrilled. They were always on time, kept me up to speed on what they were doing, what was coming next, and always ask for my input. In the end, they rocked in a side yard, created a marvelous flagstone patio, dug up the ridiculously bad turf, put down great garden soil and new sod, irrigated the entire yard including all garden areas and raised garden beds, and, finally, they laid bark mulch in all garden areas front and back. Silver Star Landscaping left me with a backyard that is amazing. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the work and professionalism they bring to your home. I highly recommend Silver Star Landscaping.

Sod was installed on Friday and was already turning brown on Saturday. I followed the watering instructions exactly as advised to. Called my lawncare company on Saturday to take a look at it. They stated and documented that it was "one of the worst sod jobs" that they have ever seen. The sod was not green when originally installed and was installed with patches of dead grass from the first day. I decided to give his company a shot even thou he was a small business with very little reviews. He also stated that my palm tree was dead and needed to be dug out. I consulted with an arborist who stated that my tree is fine and just needs more time from the cold winter. Billie is very unprofessional, defensive and a poor business owner with poor work ethics. I don't recommend using his company.

Dusty's Tree Service is extremely efficient and coordinated when they do their tree work…read more We have had them out on two occasions- first in March 2024 to remove a tree that was diseased, and again in December 2024 to remove several deadheads and a few impacted by the hurricanes. They arrived with trucks, a large lift, a mega claw capable of grasping large stacks of 2-ft rounds, and a stump grinder. The coordination in taking down a tree next to a fenceline, using ropes to expertly guide a branch or section to the ground safely was simply poetry in motion. Not a wasted movement. They ground the stumps into dust, raked and removed all the debris, and left the property cleaner than they found it. Dusty is obviously a highy educated arborist, even took time to walk the property with us, identifying each tree and bush with a detailed description of how they grow, prunings to prolong its' life, and expected life spans. We highly recommend Dusty's Tree Service.
