Newcastle Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity offering free, impartial advice with complete confidentiality.
The office is staffed mainly by volunteers - don't just turn up unless you are desperate, as you will have a long wait and may not be seen (I speak from bitter experience) - you are far better off contacting the CAB by email, fax or telephone.
Drop-in advice times:10.00 am to 12.00 & 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

The Citizens Advice Bureau at Nelson St. provides advice to those living or working within the area covered by Newcastle City Council. For those without legal representation, or as a first port of call before a solicitor they are a fantastic organisation, able to help with a host of problems from debt related issues to social security benefits, housing problems, legal matters and everything in between. A great service. read more
