I realize appointments frequently take longer than expected and running late is not uncommon. I think we should have been told at 9:30 that we were facing at least 4 hours in the waiting room. I took her advice. I've been to several outpatient physical therapy facilities. I decided to go to this facility rather than the main hospital. From the get go I was impressed. For the first time the extent of my problem was measured. My ability to move my arm was severely limited. Diana, my therapist, was very frank with me. My therapy would be long and painful...she was right. I have only done three weeks of therapy and I'm seeing significant improvement. She measured again and was pleased with my progress. I will continue. I'm impressed by the cleanliness of their facility and the friendly staff that greats me when i arrive.

Our experience with the physical therapy service was horrible and incredibly frustrating. The staff was always friendly and pleasant, but kindness does not make up for the lack of results. In 2022, I was walking with so much pain, that I decided to have total knee replacement of my right knee. The orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery was Dr. Juan Carlos Suarez from Baptist Health. The procedure is called knee arthroplasty. Dr. Suarez specializes in using a robotic arm to repair the knee. He was one of the most qualified surgeons in South Florida. The procedure was successful and I'm now recuperating and walking normally without any assistance. I highly recommend this surgeon for hip and knee replacement.
