I've opened accounts with each of my three kids, set up business accounts as well. Everyone is always friendly, accommodating, helpful and respectful. I think as organizations go these folks must be doing something right. Consistently high levels of customer service and again, always pleasant! I highly recommend doing business at this branch and with this bank.

Great staff at the branch....this is concerning mobile deposits. Apparently I have exceeded the…read moremonthly amount of money I can deposit using their mobile app. The app told me that I have exceeded my 30 day limit . Thirty days naturally sounds like a month to me. So it seems odd that they use past 30 days....so I can't deposit a check till tomorrow. Then I have to watch my limits. The answers I received from the initial call I made were more frustrating...I was told well that's the way it is. Nobody was empowered (including supervisors)to do anything about it...nobody. This is a deficit in the convenience of using the Wells mobile app., which I an not confident in any longer. They have been surrounded in controversy; may be time to look for another bank that doesn't have a secret sauce.....troublesome.

This organization, situated in Fairfield County, as I am, was a good place to start. Two visits in 24 hours to the branch have been very satisfying in terms of service. They even remembered me! Seriously that's a big deal! I immediately saved $144 per year getting rid of my Bank of America checking account and working with this organization. I only wait for a piece of plastic to arrive ( minor inconvenience) so I can start to resume my normal life with only one Financial institution in place. They've been pleasant to deal with and actually remembered me from day one today to day two! That in itself is remarkable in this day and age where corporate and banker greed is starting to take over our society! Peace out!

The "Manager" is useless, and the staff takes upwards of 25 minutes to put through a couple deposits, and half the time, the deposit slips are missing. I spend a good part of my morning standing in line (by myself) at the Westport bank of america... Not sure how anyone gets anything done there. I've asked several times to speak to the manager, supervisors, etc. seeing as I run a busy business and need to return to work in a timely fashion, and each person is less accommodating then the next. Many of the staff have been there a long time so they are knowledgeable about the bank and your personal needs. BUT, the reason for only 3 stars is TD Bank's mortgage department. We are in the middle of paperwork for a mortgage. After trying for almost FIVE months to get their attention, going up the ladder of responsibility, repeated promises of "get right back to you", and recently withdrawing a large amount of money every day from our 30 year old account with them, NOTHING has worked. I am now turning to Social Media to see if that gets TD Bank's attention. Thank God we could come up with interim financing, or we would have lost the home we wanted. HELLO, TD BANK Corporate ..are you there???? Willing to lose a 30 year plus business and personal client over something this dumb? Avoid Called…read morecustomer service w a simple question regarding an error they made but was disconnected twice. Phone chain pretty lengthy-more so than most. On 3rd try they did not recognize my social security # OR my line of credit acct # which i was reading from my statement. Once i got to a rep he said that to fix the problem caused by their error i had to physically go to the branch. Some customer service in 2023.! Got a supervisor who reiterated this. I asked him 3 times to confirm that they could not fix the problem but he stubbornly repeated his same mantra w different semantics. Would have been very easy to say " Yes" but he was more interested in repeating the mantra 3 or 4 times-a classic failure to acknowledge customer frustration. Conclusion: -Database is weak -Customer service not empowered to correct errors even those made by the bank -cust service line routinely hangs up on customer ( no call back) -supervisor not customer friendly All this for an error made by the bank w no ability or interest in solving the customer problem. 40 minutes to no resolution. Branch people have always been courteous etc but overall processes seem disjointed/broken. Go elsewhere

When I opened an account at TD Bank the person who opened it made a major mistake in my tax ID…read morenumber. Therefore I have not been able to access my account for nearly a year except to write a check. a TD Bank tried to tell me that I had to pay them about $500 because of overdraft charges that they put on my account and nobody could help me fix my account. This was during covered and nobody wanted to help me corporate wouldn't help me of the branch wouldn't help me until my fourth call. I'm currently sitting at their drive-thru going on about a half an hour now even though I was told that everything would be ready for me to close the account when I got here. You bottom line I would not ever ever recommend TD Bank to my worst enemy.
