It's understaffed, the service is terrible, and it often seems like the employees just don't want you to be there. I've occasionally had a friendly staff member but it's certainly an exception to the rule. Their app is great but aside from the ATM, it's pointless to enter- I'd rather keep my money in a can buried in my my backyard.

I think I have a pretty good relationship with all the employees of this branch of M & T and not only are they very friendly but always helpful with any questions or problems. The desk area had no open seats and a large group of people were waiting because there was only 1 staff member present and a woman redirected others to either contact me back another time or to see one of the 2 tellers. I just stopped in to cash a check and withdraw some money from a separate account and I pulled up to the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes and the line did not move so I swung around and parked and went into the bank only to find a line inside and when I asked one of the employees who was sitting at the desk if they can help me cash a check he said no and told me to go to the ATM. That was not the answer that I wanted because I want to specific bills back and I much prefer dealing with people over an ATM.
