They told me that the reason they repoed my vehicle was because I didn't talk to them on the phone. I am on the phone at work most of the day and I thought all I had to do was make my payments which I was already going to do. Now I have to pay $1273 plus additional fees from the tow yard to get my car back. FOR TWO MISSED PAYMENTS! This is the first time a loan company does this to me. Do not trust this company to finance your vehicle. They do not care about anything. As soon as you're a second payment behind THEY WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE. There are many other loan companies that do not do this. Look into other ones because companies like this will make sure to know you are in trouble financially (since they ask why you're behind over the phone) and will make sure you get into a bigger hole. They made sure to tow it on a week day early in the morning and I couldn't even take my kids to school. This loan company is a nightmare and does not give you peace of mind especially in hard economic times like now in California.
