I then had to argue with the clerk to get what I paid for. To be fair, this place has been around for decades so who knows whose ownership it was under in each of these situations. I've only decided to review now after today's experience watching them crudely endanger the life of every customer in the place. He seemed like he could not be interrupted by having a customer. He walked away and remained on the phone. There was practically nothing to get here on-the-go. They have warming units for different foods (pizza, hot dogs, etc.), but everything was empty. Even the coffee station was empty. The store did not seem to have much of anything. I bought what I needed and checked out. The employee still could not be bothered to put down his phone and we never spoke. The only reason for 2 stars is their gas prices are competitive. The Dino Mart uses Sinclair gas, which I've never seen around here. The gas prices were a few cents lower than most others, but you get what you pay for. You're better off driving a few miles in either direction and going to a real convenience store.

Tried to go into the store to get my receipt but the door was locked and had a sign that said…read more"sorry - back in 2 minutes." I could see two men inside standing around and eating. No prob, everyone is entitled to a dinner break. After 10 minutes they still hadn't unlocked/opened the door. I knocked and one of them begrudgingly let me in. I told him my pump number and he handed me a receipt, acting like he was doing me a favor. After I got back to my car I saw that it wasn't my receipt. I went back for my receipt but they had relocked the door. I knocked again, they let me in, and I told them what happened. They were unapologetic and seemed irritated that I'd come back for the right receipt. I only went to Gulf because it wasn't crowded but the Shell station was. Now I know why. Never again.
