I stopped at this 7-Eleven for a quick purchase and ended up having one of the worst customer…read moreservice experiences I've ever had. I took a sandwich to the microwave before paying for it, intending to pay immediately afterward. Employee Troy told me I needed to pay first. Instead of professionally explaining the policy, he became hostile and disrespectful. During the interaction, he called me the "B-word," made comments about his mother beating me up, and made threatening remarks toward me. There is no circumstance where a customer should be verbally abused or threatened by an employee. A simple policy explanation would have been sufficient. Instead, the situation escalated into behavior that was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and concerned for my safety. I hope management reviews the security footage and takes appropriate action to ensure no other customer experiences this type of treatment.
