There is no printed menu, they just bring out the different cuts of the day and you pick the one you prefer. After they grill it on the green-egg and they serve it with beautiful cooked fries, salad, veggies and two sauces. Needless to say that they cook the meat to perfection... a fantastic medium rare! I was surprised and delighted to discover that they cooked my lamb on the grate, and that one of the mystery ovals was a baked potato that was served with my lamb. For dessert, a round mystery was the baked apple. Staff were professional, courteous, and efficient.
