Wow, Camaiore is very beautiful and quaint town in Tuscany. Caffe Centrale is quite a gem. We were given complementary sparkling wine, a very nice basket of hot bread, and a slice of frittata. We had the crostini appetizer which had for large crostini's with 4 different toppings (delicious). We all had pasta dishes for our main courses. All were clearly made with fresh pasta and with the exception of the Rigatoni style with plain red sauce (which was nice but nothing special) the rest of the dishes were exceptional. The waiter was very professionally dressed young man that spoke very good English and the service was excellent. Hard to go wrong with Tiramisu in Italy and it did not disappoint. Very affordable and over all a really nice experience. This would probably be my go to restaurant if I lived here. read more
