I pressed the button to roll up my window as the rain started to really come down. We had to get on the road because there was a huge storm coming in and my wife and 8 year old had to get back home to the Bay Area. My horror escalated as the reality that my window would not go back up, set in. There were zero chances of finding a mechanic on Sunday morning at 9:23a.m. So, I did what any mechanically ignorant Dad would do, I pulled the cover off the fuse box. No, I didn't have the owners manual with me, that was over 200 miles away in a comfortable garage box. On a fluke I drove over to O'Reilly Auto parts in Gardnerville. The people were very nice and they had the part in stock. Ricardo was especially helpful, that guy is an outstanding human being! This company is absolutely lucky to have someone like him on their payroll. We were in a real jam and he came through and helped out above and beyond. This world needs more people like him.
