Employees half the time do not ring up the Circle K game coupons correctly, so if the game piece says get .30 cents off a gallon of gas, once you pay the pumps won't register the savings and you cant get the discount because you only have 5 minutes to redeem it and if you go back in to get your money because you did not pump the gas then by the time you make it to the front of the line again. The game piece is no longer good. Also pay with cash because if you pay with a credit/ debit card it takes forever for them to refund your money. The pump price says one thing on the sign up a different (higher) price on the pump. 8/10 times the items you win when playing their monthly game the items you win for free is never in stock. The ice machine, icy/ frosty machine and pizza warmer has been broken for more than a week. Staff employees report they are still waiting for the company that owns it to come and replace it. Over all like many businesses some employees do not care if they get your business or not so their attitude reflects how they treat you. However, I only have witness this at a different couple Circle K's. The Circle K at 2400 McFarland Blvd in Tuscaloosa is having issues with supplies not in stock, some machines out of order, but over all as I stated 7/10 employees are nice and helpful. Jay is a new employee and she is very helpful and kind, lovely personality and always had a smile when I come in the store. Remember when working out in the public AND ANYTIME: KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAYS. You never know when someone is having a bad day.

I paid for the gas with my credit card ($42 plus change, my wife paid for items she purchased which amounted to less than $3.00). After arriving home, I checked my credit card company online and discovered I had also been charged $226.00 with no description of the item or items purchased! I immediately contacted my card company and disputed the charge. I also called Pilot corparate office and talked with some young lady in Guest Services and was led to believe it was no big deal! I have used Pilot for filllups for many years while traveling for business and also personal use. I have doubts that I will be using them in the future. Loose trust, loose business!

There is no sitting area besides the chairs subway has and there is only one washing machine with 2 dryers. The showers are always available because they clean them quickly. The shower was cleaned and smelled good when I walked in. I wouldn't mind stopping here again!
