Their insurance sent Lindsey Martinez to work on my claim. She asked me for all kinds of documentation. At each submission she denied my claim and asked for more documentation. When I provided them all, she ran out of excuses and proceeded to attack my character, accused me of lying then hung up unprofessionally. She treated me awfully when all I'm asking is for the business to fix what they damaged. I'm fighting for principle; they damaged my car; they should fix it.

Not sure what the reason was for him not to activate it since I gave him the money. Very weird interaction.

I'll stand in line for 10 minutes before using these machines. One of the employees tried chastising me for wanting personal service, saying that the store tracks their register use and links it to bonuses. I set her straight. Circle K will replace their employees with these terminals if they can. They already make you use vending machines to buy most lottery tickets. By insisting on being served by a HUMAN I'm saving her job.
