Today I tried to give the station a second chance since I am an arco rewards member and prefer arco over other stations. not a single one of the tap to pay worked so I went inside to pay, did not pay 35 cents more per gallons, just 35 cents for the credit card fee, which is the standard, unlike the 35 cents per gallon. They also just do not take rewards for whatever reason. Staff didn't say a word to me as I paid because they were talking to a friend on speaker phone. This place is in a great location (off the freeway and near lots of shopping centers) so it's likely it gets quite a bit of traffic but I'm posting this review to implore people to drive down the street to one of the other places that will serve you gas.

This is a nice feature some of the older locations don't have. There is AN ATTEMPT at line management with the way it feeds into the gas station and the cones. Once I've went here when there was barely any other cars and it was fine. Another time I've been here during the weekends and it was fisted, but it wasn't as nightmarish as sometimes the City of Industry location gets (people spill into a funnel and THEN pick and choose which lane to go in). The aisles are much more spacious too so I don't have to worry or freak out about awkwardly trying to take a middle pump when the front or end ones aren't conveniently my turn. As with all Costco things, good quality gas for unbeatable prices in comparison to everything around and the gas doesn't deplete in the tank like super cheap spots.

He did his thing and I did my thing. He didn't say anything. When I was pumping my car a guy approached me and asked me for money. I told him I only have card and I cannot give him money. Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I had to go badly so I checked to see if men's restroom was open and it was opened. I locked the door real quick since I'm only woman in there. Nobody was in there--I checked. But next thing I know, I felt there was a loud bang and I opened the door, there was an angry India man screamed at me. He needed Jesus. He was very mean and rude I'd ever seen. I've never been treated like that before. Was he even racist? He an old man with a thing on his head--be careful. He is not a nice man at all.
