Isabella was at the drive thru and she had me sit a minute with zero eye contact, not even so much as an acknowledgment, (a simple "We'll be with you in a sec" would do) once she looked up, she asked for my name, she said she couldn't hear me because of the truck's engine beside me, and she became extremely rude, once I told her I was there for a pick up, she slammed the phone (used for talking to me through the window) down, hard.... and then walked away. She came back and put the order through the drop box, I went to put my ID inside and she rudely stated "I don't need your id" while rolling her eyes. I politely smiled and drove away, getting her name first. I usually speak my mind when encountering people that nasty, especially representing places that I shop in often. I just decided to make a review instead so hopefully she will get some much needed training on customer service. Everybody has bad days, but our encounter was very short and did not need to be as intolerable as it was. Anyway, love this location- it's close to my house and they're usually very friendly and helpful, hopefully this bad apple won't ruin the whole bunch:)
