After paying via Scan & Go, Renee claimed she didn't know what she was looking at. So I advised my spouse, she doesn't know how to do her job. She got upset and said it didn't work because she didn't hear a beep--despite my phone showing a clear receipt and timestamp. She then resorted to saying "you people" always make things difficult. This kind of language is completely unacceptable in any retail environment. The store is clean, but the atmosphere is toxic due to the lack of employee training. Other locations handle the app with a smile; Renee chose to make it a confrontation.
