When I asked the clerk if they no longer had a mask requirement, their explanation was that, because the most recent person to enter the store without a mask was working on their wall, it was okay. The clerk did not address the other people not complying with their posted mask requirement. They seemed to either disregard or be uninformed about why it is important for EVERYONE to wear a mask while indoors. To avoid community spread COVID-19, avoid this store.

You can literally take five seconds and google the model of my truck and find out the correct oil filter, so I'm not sure how this mistake happened, and I paid $80 with the extra quarts that I had to get put in it for that service. They are incredibly luckily that it did not cause any engine damage to my vehicle, as this truck has a lot of sentimental value to me and is my baby. Due to this mistake of theirs, I have learned how to do my own oil changes and will not stop at places like Valvoline ever again, and I will advise my family members and friends to not go there as well.
