I haven't experienced this kind of service in a long time where the worker either gives you a bottle of water while you gas up or cleans your window. It's so nice and unexpected. This is by far the worst grocery store in McMinnville, and it all comes down to terrible…read moremanagement. Whoever is running this place clearly has no idea how to run a store. At 5 o'clock rush hour, when the store is packed, they'll have one check stand open. Customers are left standing in long lines while the manager pinches pennies instead of staffing properly. I've even spoken with multiple cashiers who told me directly how bad it is to work here. They say the store is horribly understaffed and that management is the reason. On top of that, shelves are often empty, items aren't restocked, and any specials or deals are gone within minutes because they never keep enough in stock. This store is consistently a frustrating experience, and I blame the poor leadership. I avoid shopping here whenever I can.
