7/7/24 10:36:27 am #1-000004019038 (according to my receipt). heres a new one they stole $20 from…read moreme. went in paid for $20 gas on my debit card. went out to pump it and the pump wouldnt work. went back in to cashier zoey who claimed that her computer showed it pumped. offered zoey a chance to look at my still needle on empty in my car to prove i never pumped it but she refused to check or help in any way then after much pressing she finally told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager wow update 7/8/24: called krist today about the $20 i basically had stolen from me yesterday and talked to the manager who immediately blew me off and referred me to "corporate". i had to ask for the corporate number. anyway, i called right back to get the manager i had just talked to's name because he didnt give it to me and guess what? he had blocked my number! lolol. i have always purchased gas at krist over the years but obviously now I WILL NEVER GET GAS AT KRIST EVER AGAIN ha p.s. the way the manager of this krist location next to kohls in marquette MI jumped to zoey the cashiers defense when i brought up how rude she was to me even before the $20 theft leads me to believe that cashier zoey is his girlfriend

This location is across the road from a Circle K gas station, so you can easily see which store has…read morebetter gas prices. I appreciate that the pump area is wide open and well lit. It's easy to access the pumps and you can pay there directly despite a sign to the contrary on the pump. We get a better deal at Circle K with the rewards but Krist is a solid backup when the pumps are out of order across the road.

The office lady is the rudest business person we've ever been in contact with. We moved here a year…read moreago and used this company because the people we bought the house from had their tank here. I called and asked to have the smaller tank that was here replaced with a 500 gallon tank and to fill it up. They showed up a few days later with no tank and put 100 gallons of fuel in the old tank. I called to inquire about it and she told me 100 gallons would do us fine for now. The next time we ran low I called to order more fuel and requested the 500 gallon tank again and to have it filled. She said they would be there on a certain day, but they never showed up. I waited several days and called again. She said they'd already done deliveries in my area and I'd have to wait until the following week. They finally showed up with our larger tank...but only put 100 gallons in it! I hated calling to order fuel because the gal was so rude each time. I called to tell them we needed fuel delivered in October 2017. When she told me the date they would be there I told her that was fine, but that we wouldn't be home as we would be on vacation. She snapped at me, and I quote: "What! You're not going to be there? Well, how do you expect to pay for this?" I was so shocked. We always pay in full the week it's delivered through our banks bill pay. She grudgingly said they would deliver it. I told my husband that I hate how I feel every time I have to order propane. So he called and put us on keep-fill so I wouldn't have to deal with her. I thought that would fix things, but boy was I wrong. We recently had a huge cold snap, below zero for days. My neighbor's propane company accidentally put two hundred gallons of fuel intended for her in my tank. When we realized the mistake I called the other company to let them know what happened. They were so nice and very apologetic. They offered to either let us pay for it at cost or they would be happy to come pump it out. I also called Harvey Propane and let them know what happened and she went ballistic. I couldn't believe how mean and vindictive she was towards the other company. She felt they did it on purpose to steal her customers. I explained that it was an honest mistake and that the other company would do whatever they could to make it right. We explained that they said they'd come pump it out. She freaked, telling us that's illegal and they can't do it! So we told her that we'd just pay for it and move on from here. She refused saying they couldn't have the other company's propane in her company's tank. They said if we pay for the fuel from the other company that they will come remove our tank. The calls went on for days trying to get things settled peacefully, but she wouldn't allow it. She called the other company and demanded they pump out our tank and was rude enough to hang up on the other company twice when they tried to deal with her. She tried to get the driver fired right after Christmas! I told her that her fit was going to make an innocent guy lose his job in the dead of winter. She told me she didn't care and that I shouldn't listen to their sob stories! I ended up calling my husband at work in tears asking him to deal with it. He called her and she hung up on him before he could even get a full sentence out. We ended up calling the other company and having them bring out a tank, pump the fuel out of Harvey's tank and put it in theirs. We've now switched companies and the stress is gone! They deliver, they bill us, they are friendly and they bring the amount of propane we ask for. For the first time our tank is full!
